OUR "ROOTS"

William A. Ingraham, Jr., is the Senior Partner and founding member fo the Firm. He
was admitted to the Bar in 1954, having graduated cum-laude from the University of
Miami where he was an editorial board member of the law review.  He served three
years in the U.S. Army, including a tour of Korea and was separated with the rank of
Captain.  Following his separation from service, he served as clerk to the Honorable
Emmet Choate, U.S. District Court.  Thereafter, he formed his own law firm and began
private practice.

Mr. Ingraham has specialized in finance law and served as Adjunct Professor of the
University of Miami Law School teaching Creditors Rights.

He enjoys an excellent reputation among the judges before which he practices for
integrity and ability. Mr. Ingraham is rated 'AV' by
Martindale Hubbell.

Mark A. Ingraham
joined the Firm in 1995 and now serves as Junior Partner. He is a
member of the Florida Bar and Federal Bar for the Southern, Middle and Northern
Districts of Florida. He is a graduate of Boston College, and attended Law School at
Loyola School of Law and Nova Southeastern Law School.

Mr. Mark Ingraham handles all contested litigation and manages a talented support
staff. On his days off, he can be found enjoying the seas sailing, surfing or building
upon "Surfboards Miami" a company for which he is part owner.
